Challenge

International K–10 learning content had to make each concept understandable while working across subjects, characters, production teams, and external studios. The system needed to support creative variety without losing clarity, visual continuity, or a dependable review process.

The work therefore extended beyond individual frames. It included repeatable UI and motion templates, storyboards, animatic and animation reviews, delivery practices, and the team structures needed to apply them across a large content program.

Outcome

The program supported 600+ international learning videos through repeatable visual and motion systems, structured reviews, and collaboration across internal teams and external studios. The outcome here is framed around verified production scope; no unverified learning-performance or campaign claims are attached to the individual videos.

Reflection

At this scale, a design system cannot make every story look identical. Its value is in protecting learning clarity and review quality while giving each subject enough room for its own characters, pacing, and visual premise.
